The sales organisation is a complete mess with people leaving left and right. Only few people hitting their targets and the teams are micromanaged by inexperienced leadership. Product is a nice to have for most companies and does not have a real USP in the market. Far from being Enterprise ready. Be prepared for roadmap selling and overpromising to clients.

Unethical leadership. Not much possibility for growth, and the workforce is very inexperienced including the leaders. A very typical startup focusing on the funding rounds mainly. Untruthful towards investors and employees, same attitude is encouraged towards the clients too. Definitely not a match with my values.
