Former Employee I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Do not expect to hit quota if you work here as an AE. You will have a 90K ARR monthly quota with an average contract of $4788. You must close about 18-21 deals per month to hit quota. Hardly anyone hits quota here or even makes it to 80%.
The compensation structure is also bad. Do you want to get paid 3% per deal, and then if you do hit 80%, you’ll get 7%? Then, this is the place to be underpaid and mistreated.
Leadership will burn and churn reps like no other. In 2024, they probably went through 25-30 reps. Be prepared not even to make it a year here.
Leadership is also unprofessional and lacks the skills to run this team. The CEOs are also a huge culture issue; they have no business running a software company. Prepare to work 50-70 hours per week with low compensation.
The product is alright but not great. It’s overpriced, so be prepared to sell a product 5x the cost of other competitors. The company has also scaled poorly and won’t do well in the volatile real estate market.
