Every day is different and very exciting to have so many new logos excited to meet. This is the first product I’ve ever sold that works VERY well and has an angle that nobody else does.
The mission of the company is one you can stand behind and the relationships with reps is decent.
Some reps are keen on isolating and working alone but the ones who thrive are actively reaching out to others and staying connected.
There have been a few reps who are hoping for a remote job where they can focus on their work life balance but transparently not many of those type survive simply due to what’s required to see success.
We expect all reps to get to 100% to quota and it always drives down to activity, because there are zero verticals and territories it’s truly an open season and can be challenging to choose where you spend your time.
Overall best role I’ve had and making me stronger every day, it’s all about mindset and being clear on what you want out of life.
