The company is not good with branding or catering to market trends. The company has also very limited internal resources to help Account Executives be successful. Internal processes are antiquated and very ambiguous at times. I did however work with some great people.

It’s a good company, but due to the sales being education related they don’t compensate you for sales. Only salary based.
