Horrible middle management that believed their only responsibility was to communicate their team’s forecast to leadership, truly that’s the only time they will even interact with you. I had to set up my own 1:1’s with my Sales Director and they rarely joined. Leadership changes every year across all departments. Oh…and 98% of the leadership team were TPG people, who are also Digital.ai’s investors. Huge miss in the market for a majority of the products offered, and the only people who get actual support are the sales people who’ve been in their roles for years there. Very much a feast or famine environment.
