When I worked there, management was very poorly trained. Leadership was composed of a network of individuals who would pull each other up after getting promoted. It seemed more like a group of friends who were promoted and ran the sales department, rather than qualified managers who understood sales and could effectively help, develop, and train their salespeople....Read More
