DeepL values stable employment, even if quotas are almost impossible to reach in certain territories, you will get the time you need to try your best.
There are some serious challenges regarding all the rest (quota attainment, transparency from leadership, unattainable and rare incentives, team morale, highly political atmosphere and let’s not even mention diversity….).
Working there feels like being stuck in the 80s sometimes. Leadership is completely disconnected from the reality of the job despite questions being asked since months.
