Late to market in a crowded space with little differentiation. Struggling to compete with legacy vendors and newer players in the market product-wise. Have not figured out their GTM motion/messaging or ICP/Buyers. Running out of funding/struggling to raise a new round.

Very crowded space competition wise and lots of customer churn in the industry as a whole. I don't think there is a product in the market that truly meets the needs of the customer.
