Big change in culture whilst employed. UK sales team dropped from around 15 people in November, to 4 during summer, mainly from notice being handed in because of the change. Poor product iteration, and fit in UK market, lots of churn.

Good so far, needs some improvements and there is an issue with German HQ being out of the loop on local market requirements
