Run. 1. The product samples data using "Smart Clustering" for speed, but it’s like running 2 miles of a marathon—fast, yet incomplete. 2. Too many sellers flood the market, confusing customers and partners, with only 10% of reps likely hitting targets. 3. Inexperienced execs lack the know-how to build lasting value. 4. Questionable tactics, like sniping deals from partners, shifting DRs, selling unfulfilled promises, and overhyped futures, risk staining your reputation. Overall, they have the makings of this decade's Lacework. Reckless spending (a book launched into space?), dysfunctional leadership, limited product capabilities, and a tough market echo Lacework’s downfall. Avoid this mess.

Leadership has no idea what they're doing except, hire all your friends, and put as many layers in between so you have a bunch of options to point fingers. Valuation is a joke. Company spends their entire funding rounds on marketing. Product has glaring issues but shows well. POV win rate is below 25%.

Base comp is slightly lower than at prior companies, but is more than offset by the earning potential in comp, the excellent benefits, and the culture in the company. This is a fantastic opportunity.
