They changed the structure for commission and payout this year. Stay away. Horrible compensation no incentive to work, as a part time job this used to be worthwhile. Really unfortunate

The remote sales associate was a 1099 role and it didn't have any base. The upside was that it was completely flexible. Lots of folks used it as a side-hustle along with their other gig.
