Senior leadership doesn’t have the right industry knowledge to move the company in the right direction. Great technology but need to be acquired by an industry leader to maximize the platform.

The product could be great, but they haven't figured out how to actually get it to market. Everyone and noone hit quota here because they could never figure out how to set a quota for us to hit, so they just paid everyone at full OTE. There's no direction with where the company is going though and I wouldn't recommend to anyone until they figure a lot out.
