My overall experience with the company was poor. Parent company trying to fold in a long-time family-owned business where "friends" have been put in position of power and elevated within the new parent company. Flaccid and ineffectual leadership, little-to-no training, operations is in shambles and is responsible for losing won opportunities, unrealistic quotas, opaque lead distribution.
