Grow. Much of the time, I feel as if I’m fighting internal teams - not the people, but some unseen structure and org plan that only leadership knows. Our comp plans change quarterly, with no guideposts to clarify, or provide insight to goal along the way. The market is changing and has changed, and the product market fit needs serious overhaul- and that leadership team needs to pay very close attn to what your sales team is telling you customers need to see happen.
