Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Overall experience was not fantastic. The leadership higher up the ladder was great but the direct leadership above myself and my colleagues was lackluster and hard to put faith in. The product market fit is okay, but the market share was hard to get a piece of. The compensation structure is great, but in my market barely anyone was hitting quota. I feel that was more of a reflection on the lack of direction that immediate superiors were providing.
