Unprofessional, slimy, hypocritical, unethical treatment of employees. Favoritism, that also depends on the day. Everyone is disposable here. Local manager fired 2 people within her 1st month around the holidays to hire a family member. Made some employees work late while partying with other of her direct reports. Toxic environment where good leads are only given to a few favorites. Recording 1:1 conversations and degrading efforts of the AE's. Branch leadership has zero backbone and just wants to attempt to balance a budget but no desire to develop the team or grow the organization. Only a few ethical veterans keeping the lights on in this place (literally and figuratively). Leadership needs a complete overhaul or this team will continue to miss the mark and miss budget even with their short-sided, archaic approach of dismissing strong talent and replacing with low-cost labor

This company is run by incompetent senior leaders, who are slowly being phased out. Competing sales teams selling into the same accounts. No leads. Low base. Becoming a high turnover cut throat business.
