I like to think of my time there as a 2 year degree in car sales that they paid me to get. This is not a company that would be good for an experienced car sales rep who’s paid off commission only. Unless, you are okay with 80k per yr, You will find better opportunities elsewhere. They offer a base salary to let you learn and still have an income, They have amazing hours relative to the automotive business which won’t burn you out as much. Most importantly they teach you things other company won’t teach you and will promote you to finance manager and then to desk manager way faster than any other company. This gives you an unmatched ability to learn how a dealership works. When you get fed up with management and pay after a few years, take your knowledge and hop to a better dealership with better pay structure. Great opportunity for someone young and wants to have an opportunity to touch 60k for the first time and gain a ton of knowledge along with it.
