Former Employee I liked Busuu's B2B services. Busuu's prospective B2B customers had interesting stories and challenges and it was fun to talk to them.
However, Busuu's targets and commission were vague and changed often. Nobody in management asked me whether I enjoyed the job or in more than a year's time. Career goals were never discussed. Training was basic and inconsistent. The company tries to entice with office snacks and benefits (healthcare, learning budget, hybrid working, Perkbox (your get credit points every month for discounts in shops) and free access to their own platform. In the end, I concluded that clear targets, career satisfaction and career progression were more important to me than benefits, hence me being employed elsewhere today.
