The company offers an average BDR experience to interns. Catered lunches are good and office location and amenities are world class. However, for those looking to grow in their career, there seemed to be little possibility for upward trajectory throughout the organization. Since the company is relatively small, the sales team has not been built out properly nor does the company have the inbound lead flow to support the amount of representatives on the team.

Good staff, really terrible commission structure. You end up getting less than 1% in commission than what you sell the course for. Good if you literally have 0 sales experience but not a good long term role.
