Current Employee Other than a good base salary, there's not much to say. All departments and day to day aspects of the company are micromanaged by the CEO and the VP of Finance, which leads to expectations being changed everyday and employee turnover is the highest I have seen of any organization - they exploit employees who need PR status, and otherwise employees are lucky if they make it 3 months. Co-workers are good people to work with, however unfortunate the leadership is.
