This is a mixed bag since I had some very high earning months and weeks but also had promises made about career advancement that ultimately did not manifest. The culture and the support was strong although I have heard they are struggling and have low client satisfaction in the last 3 to 6 months.

Leadership is very poor. They do not care about their employees and the turnover rate is crazy. They lose people and rehire so fast. Over my year there I saw close to 100 different SDRs. It is a great product and have great inbound lead flow, but overall culture and leadership at the company is awful.
