My overall experience with Addison Group was that upper management didn’t care about anything but the bottom line at whatever cost. Leadership is out of touch with reality and still wants to do things “old school” instead of modernizing. You are a cog in a wheel, forced to hit metrics that ultimately do very little for your actual goals. The goals keep getting higher and higher and seem out of reach to most.

Not a bad place to get your foot in the door and dip your feet into sales, however like many sales organizations, the internal politics, lack of inbound lead generation, and leadership being promoted based on production merit does not contribute to a company that provides long term success for the many, only for the few.

The job was a great introduction to how if you want to be successful, you have to go at it with teeth showing. Even though the support, leadership, and training weren't there, it was great exposure to a fast-paced industry.
