Good luck if you ever want to transfer; even when ranking in the top 10, you'll be blocked and/or blacklisted. We had over 70% turnover in the last 12 months due to poor leadership and a toxic work environment. Limited resources and training were provided, including a lack of clinical support. Divisions do not work with each other, so they continue to reinvent the wheel instead of doing what is proven to work.
Abbott, as a company, does offer great benefits for the employees including cheap health insurance, assistance to pay off student loans (If you pay your loan, they will match the amount to your 401K), 6 free mental health counseling sessions, company car or mileage reimbursement.
