High quality products. Poor leadership and direction in the Vascular division. Lack of room of development. Has the reputation of running thin for clinical support. Other divisions don’t work well each other. Unmotivating socialistic comp plans.

Great company to work for, great growth environment. Ability to make large amounts of money are low, but steady income is what most people look for here.

Overall experience was good, but could have been better. Limited opportunities for growth and less compensation than peer companies. I wouldn’t work there again if I have another similar organization willing to hire me for a similar role. That said, the benefits were really good.

Compensation plan is difficult for most to achieve. Overall industry isn't growing but annual growth expectations are 10%. Training is lackluster and resources are throttled by upper management.
