I really ejoyed this role and had a great manager. Like any large company the most important thing is having a great boss to report to who can protect you and speak on your behalf to upper management. Product fit was good, not great but overall I was really happy.

Boys club and not sure how they’re going to keep young talent in the future with the old school culture. Incentive structure doesn’t make sense. Middle management is inbred. Lack of quality sales direction and ability to implement a quality sales strategy post COVID
