My overall experience was good, but after my Director left things went downhill very fast. After being a consistent top performer on my team and being their for 2 years, I was still unable to get any sort of base raise or compensation for my efforts.

It's a lean but solid team. It's a known TAM, and territories are fairly evenly divided outside the enterprise team who have the absolute largest accounts.
