My overall experience was good, but after my Director left things went downhill very fast. After being a consistent top performer on my team and being their for 2 years, I was still unable to get any sort of base raise or compensation for my efforts.

My overall experience has been positive. They do a good job of listening to the AE’s and making changes to positively impact both parties both in compensation and product.

The management was struggling with leading the sales team. A lot of weird products released without market fit and some of them were pretty underwhelming.
