Great products that align with customer needs. Marketing could do better as most opportunities are achieved by the reps own work. Base compensation is enough to barely pay the bills. Must close deals to make money with the company. Culture is more conservative but the people are nice to work with.

ZOLL values revenue above all else, attrition is too high and sales team is treated as a necessary evil. HR interference and DEI has derailed a winning sales culture and revenue expectations are a fantasy.
