ZOLL values revenue above all else, attrition is too high and sales team is treated as a necessary evil. HR interference and DEI has derailed a winning sales culture and revenue expectations are a fantasy.

Zoll was the most toxic environment I have ever been a part of. Comp plan was good but 10% hit goal. No innovation.

My experience overall was neutral, felt the product was niche. Some micromanaging and same studies/conversations over and over. Some customers believed in product but many did not.
