Overall, the people are good, but upper management is horrible. They keep changing things and expect the sales team to hit quota every time. No consistency, no understanding of what sales is going through, and they don't even want to try and understand. Upper management just wants to do it their way, which is like the 90's.

Good entry level SAE role. Superior product; however, struggle around getting sales to install. Only get paid when sale installs, install is more intrusive than competitors making customers more hesitant.

Great when I joined 8 months ago. All residential leads were at the DSAE's fingertips and there was more than enough to go around. Sales teams would meet up once a month for coffee and donuts, very inclusive sales environment.
