Not even close to what it once was -- the corporate leadership takeover has been detrimental to the overall success and culture of the company. Wouldn't recommend anyone working here anymore. It was remote work forever during covid, until they made a bad investment and leased a huge warehouse building in Phoenix, reversed course, and made almost all roles hybrid or back in-office.

Zip Recruiter was great until it wasn't. The culture significantly shifted after layoffs happened in May of 2023. After that, the clients seemed to get worse. The product barely worked. It was expensive when many clients didn't see results. By the end I was stressed out because I wasn't hitting my numbers and on top of all of that I felt like a snake oil salesperson....Read More

Things have taken a turn for the worst since a riff in June 2023. Quotas are higher and management is taking away freedom. what used to be a company with great culture has turned into a place that only cares about output and productivity
