The concept and idea behind the product is great and would provide a strong market fit, however, the results were not delivered as promised to clients. Zip is a clear #2 in the market with no product innovation. My overall experience has been diverse. Our product is still only built to be sold into the small to mid market space. Zip does a good job of understanding the challenges in the market but the solution isn't whole and needs a lot of work.
