Horrible, wasn’t given adequate training, support or resources to do my job. Definitely played favorites when it came to giving leads. Missed out on a lot of commission because of so much red tape and confusing ROE

A toxic sinking ship. I moved here out of necessity as I was laid off from another recruitment marketing company earlier in 2023. From Day 1 I could tell this was not going to work. My overall experience was positive. Great training but spend for hiring can be cyclical due to major economic factors. Deal turnaround is fairly quick.
