Last year, Americas net new sales were abysmal. They restructured the SE commission plans as a pool for net new so everybody on the team got screwed and nobody hit their quota last year.

ZeroFox has an amazing product and has tons of interest and big time clients. The issue is that ZeroFox does not promote from within. There has only been 2 SDRs to make the job to AE in the last 6 years.
