How would you rate the sales coaching and development provided by your leadership team at Xplor? Based on your experience, would you recommend pursuing a career in sales at Xplor?

Happy to share my insight from someone who worked in Field Services.

The coaching is okay. Nothing to write home about. They give you a week's worth of sales basics because the vast majority of reps there are entirely new to sales as a career track, and then they had weekly meetings with a coach who herself had never worked in sales (although she did hit the phones for one month as part of her training). Aside from that, they started doing so called "boot camps" later on, where they'd just drill a variety of information into their reps' brains for an entire work day on occasion. Not sure if that's still a thing, because I took very little value away from that.

Aside from that, they do offer Udemy free of charge, with full access to the entire course catalog, across every available profession, which is nice, but really better for technical development, project management, etc., rather than sales coaching.

I think it's still a decent place to start out because the parent company, Xplor, is decent, regardless of division or vertical. Career development ultimately comes down to where you end up. Field Services is kind of falling apart as we speak, however.
