Xerox is a place to sell equipment and hardware, but the comp structures are poor. Management gives people new titles every year but never additional incentives or compensation for extra work that's been taken on.

Training is clicking through PowerPoints and AI produced videos about products. A far stretch from on-site sales training Xerox used to be touted for. This, in addition to lack of managerial support puts reps new to the industry at a disadvantage.

Really isn’t a bad place to work, they just lack some valuable structure. Which for some people may be a plus. Very lacking in training and support.
