Workstream has to decide what their product set and ICP are and then create and stick to a game plan to drive revenue. They constantly change their plans before they can even complete them.

Workstream has a great compensation plan. You typically can hit your OTE's with one good quarter. The rest of year will be more moderate compensation.

GTM leadership is great! Other leadership seem to lack direction and there is often confusion of what ICP should be based on product development. Things seems to be turning around for the better.
