This is a tough market with leadership that tries but is left with no option but to continue to sell the vision to employees when there aren't solutions to the market dynamics.

My experience at WorkBoard was overall pretty good. Pockets of fantastic leadership, however where there were leadership challenges, they were ignored and it tremendously impacted the customer experience and onboarding. There were so many talented sales people and sales architects who left the company making it difficult to understand what the future of the company...Read More
