I’ve experienced significant challenges that make it difficult to feel motivated and successful. While the company has potential and offers innovative recruitment solutions, the constant changes—often on a weekly basis—create a chaotic and unpredictable work environment. These changes, combined with inconsistent processes, leave reps feeling lost, and frustrated. Hitting quota is a rare occurrence due to goals that feel entirely unattainable. Leadership seems out of touch with the realities of the sales floor, which only exacerbates feelings of demotivation among the team. Attrition rates are concerningly high, and it’s hard to ignore how many talented, loyal employees have left after feeling undervalued. One of the most frustrating aspects is the pay disparity both in base salary and commission. The lack of recognition for loyalty and tenure only adds to the dissatisfaction. While there’s potential for Wizehire to be a great place to work, these ongoing issues make it an extremely challenging environment for sales professionals. Until leadership focuses on creating stability, realistic goals, and fair compensation, I can’t recommend it to those seeking a fulfilling and supportive sales career.
