Current Employee I feel that the CEO doesn't know what is going on. He never speaks to anyone but management so the lower level employees have complaints and are being told they're communicated but it's very doubtful that they are. VP of Sales kills every deal presented to him and doesn't know how to speak to customers. I have customers that specifically ask that he not be involved in my accounts. Raises don't happen even though we were told our salaries would be evaluated every 6 months. I've been there quite a while and have never had a salary evaluation.
