Good base comp and OTE, but company has not been fairing well with current economy. Product is a nice to have and really hard to sell. They’ve laid off over 50% of their workforce since I was there.

Whistic was a great place to work initially, but there were several severe missteps that led nearly the entire sales org imploding. It’s very unlikely to hit quota with no marketing strategy in place or any buying intent tools, unless you’re psychic .
