Good base comp and OTE, but company has not been fairing well with current economy. Product is a nice to have and really hard to sell. They’ve laid off over 50% of their workforce since I was there.

It’s very unlikely to hit quota with no marketing strategy in place or any buying intent tools, unless you’re psychic .

Whistic was a great place to work initially, but there were several severe missteps that led nearly the entire sales org imploding.
