I absolutely love the company, work/life balance, and the culture. It’s makes it a bit more difficult to be over the top happy with only $45,000 though. The commission and product market fit is pretty good though, building commission in the first 6 months shouldn’t be too difficult if you are good at sales. If you aren’t, you may never make over $50k per year unless the company gets more inbound demo requests.

WeTravel is a fantastic company, the living embodiment of caring for your people. As of Sep 23, I can say the company is growing amazingly and has a ton of potential. The leaders are very very capable, humane, and proffesional people. Although this is a Start-up so we're all constantly learning.
