WM is a great organization to work for. Like any other company, your location and team are a big factor in your experience. My team is wonderful, but the market area is very difficult to penetrate as we are the Nations price leader in waste disposal services.

My overall experience has been average. Lack of any inbound leads. The compensation structure is designed such that your losses impact any new business you make and hence negatively impacts your compensation.
