As buyer behavior shifted and capacity opened up, they did not have the capabilities to service enterprise accounts. Good fit for SMBs, who only need 100% D2C fulfillment.

Current Employee3.1Sep 26, 2023My overall experience has been good but chaotic - the sales leadership is awesome but there is very little support for our side of the business. Our operational teams are unhelpful and often times combative of requests for support from the commercial organization. While compensation structure is good, our sales organization is not set up for success.
