My overall experience has been good but chaotic - the sales leadership is awesome but there is very little support for our side of the business. Our operational teams are unhelpful and often times combative of requests for support from the commercial organization. While compensation structure is good, our sales organization is not set up for success.

Compensation is low but you get warm leads from UPS. Leadership and direction of the company is not strong right now.

4PL is an interesting concept. Sales were strong when warehouse capacity was tight during and after the pandemic. As buyer behavior shifted and capacity opened up, they did not have the capabilities to service enterprise accounts. Good fit for SMBs, who only need 100% D2C fulfillment.
