Unless you enjoy 3 weekly forecast calls to repeat yourself over and over and talk about the same deals that are consistently lost due to a lack of product market fit for the financial services industry then maybe this is the place for you. There are 0 leads and marketing support does not exist. Marketing believes that they support the North American market by signing up for conferences. Get ready to do every single aspect of the preparation for the conference by yourself down to buying marketing collateral and printing at FedEx and shipping to yourself to setting up the booth. Leadership’s style is to ask for reports multiple times per week and gives no feedback or guidance for the path forward not to mention utilizes some of the worst sales tactics I’ve ever seen in my career such as sending blind pricing proposals via email after an intro call with no value nor an ask from the customer to see pricing. I have no clue how the GM of Americas got his job as it is clear he is not fit to lead a business. RUN AWAY
