Amazing product, sales-first culture, market leader. Long sales cycles and big deals can lead to feast or famine. Very low rep turnover which is likely attributed to excitement around market position and product.

Unobtainable goals. Visier is a great product with an out of touch leadership team, especially the Americas GM. Deals are slow and there is little to no inbound.
