Product is solid. Leadership in disarray. Recently laid off 1/3 of all employees. Struggling to find repeatable sales plays. Unwilling to invest in inbound leads. Unreasonable expectations for self sourced leads.

My overall experience wasn't satisfactory, and I'd think twice about joining this organization for any sales or GTM role. Do your research, and reach out to former employees to get the bigger picture for yourself before hearing the pitch from the recruiters.
