My experience, like everyone else's, was awful. Victra is one of the worst, waste-of-my-time (and money) mistakes I've made in my life. My biggest regret to date. The TLDR here is "DO NOT WORK FOR VICTRA". If you think you might ever make a mistake, don't work here. If that mistake causes them to lose any amount of money (in this case, more than $1 and less than $100) they will interrogate you, not believe a word out of your mouth, send you home, have HR call and fire you the next day and then hit you with a civil lawsuit a few weeks later for ~$500 for "causing intentional losses to the company". Again, those losses being an honest mistake on your end do not matter. You would now be without a job and unable to collect unemployment. This company also allows conflict of interest in the workplace (i.e. Managers hiring and working with family, who also happens to be committing fraud on customer accounts daily). They let employees work alone, including opening and closing the store, which is dangerous, especially for females. I wouldn't wish employment at Victra on my worst enemy.

My overall experience was sub par, Leadership was always an issue in some regard. There is a lot of confusion and people just reacting rather that being proactive. Also the company is stuck in the dark age of technology and takes many shortcuts that result in making every task much harder than it should be.
