Great culture and a good way to get the idea if sales is good for you as a long term carrier. Although even though the compensation is technically (uncapped) it’s base compensation is not enough to live off, and in the Midwest with low foot traffic it’s hard to make more than 2 Sales a day.

My experience, like everyone else's, was awful. Victra is one of the worst, waste-of-my-time (and money) mistakes I've made in my life. My biggest regret to date. My overall experience was sub par, Leadership was always an issue in some regard. There is a lot of confusion and people just reacting rather that being proactive. Also the company is stuck in the dark age of technology and takes many shortcuts that result in making every task much harder than it should be.
